There are two expansions available which I think are also reduced - on Daniel’s reflection video some comments suggest they are necessary, but based on their description they don’t sound like they add material I would necessarily appreciate. Can anyone weigh in on why they are so good, while I rewatch that video?
Ohhhh that price is just right, but I’ve already treated myself to a pre-order of the Chip Theory Elder Scrolls game, as well as a 150 dollar order from FlyingFrogProductions thanksgiving sale.
Still… I’ve been wanting this one for a long, long time.
EDIT: I was looking at it, and slowly everything in my vision blacked out. When I came to… it had been ordered.
Also, for the Dive’ers out there looking to get into Dungeon Degenerates, there’s a big sale if you use the promo code.
“The annual GOBLINKO WINTER SALE is on!!! Use the code NONE MORE BLACK 2024 to get 25% off everything at GOBLINKO,COM! The sale lasts until Monday the 2nd at midnight PST!”
I have a few of the wallet ones that they print. Most are puzzely
I like:
Ugly Gryphon Inn + expansions (run a fantasy inn) solo.
Skulls of Sedlec + expansions (great two player)
Food Chain Island + expansions (great solitarie puzzler)
I have a few more but don’t have an opinion yet.
Rove, Unsurmountable,
It was a fun game to play from memory I even painted all the minis which I think turned out okay. I thought the game was a really fun adventure rpg lots to discover
Apocrypha is probably top of my list of most underrated games. It’s so well designed and the campaign is so creative. $50 for everything is a complete steal. A game ripe for discovery if there ever was one.
For sure! ‘The Junior Bird Devil’s Guidebook’ and the mission guide are very helpful. Someone also put together a good rules reference recently. They are on BGG. They help clarify some things although the rulebook is not that bad; it’s just kind of weird in its delivery and is more usable than you might think.
