I’ve actually been playing The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. One of my all time favorites
Been playing modded Oblivion at the moment on Steamdeck and loving it. I haven’t played it for a long time and it just reminded me why I love it in the first place - the quest designs are just better than Skyrim in every department.
Finished my first play through the base game of Nioh 2. Took me about 70 hours, and I loved almost all of those hours! There were a few moments of frustration, but over all I think the game is amazing. I LOVE how it handles NG+. You can switch between NG and NG+ cycles at any time with a press of of a button, and the NG+ cycles actually change things significantly.
My main issue with Oblivion is that too many of the dungeons and caves were exactly the same layout.
Been playing New World Aeternum the last few days and addicted to it. Runs and plays great, probably the best MMO to hit consoles.
I am playing as a Ranger and having a really good time.
Interesting. MMOs are not really my thing but will put this one on my wish list based off your recommendation.
Plays pretty well solo too
Have been playing Drova: Forsaken Kin on the Switch and have been enjoying it. Top-down, grim dark, pixelated RPG with solid character progression and exploration. More games like this, please.
That sounds up my alley I will check that out!
That is a good thing, for sure. ![]()
Well i really don’t play that much… but this year i bought (the only game that year
) STAR WARS OUTLAWS and enjoyed it a lot.
There were a lot of critic about that game but i really encode it. It captured the STAR WARS feeling quite authentic. (in my opinion)![]()
I was fairly interested in that game but I hear there is a lot of stealth?
well yea but it’s easy and not that frustrating… and there ie enough gunfighting… and exploration.
Sounds cool, might have to grab this
yea or buy it second hand. you should already get a cheaper copy ![]()
I may just pay for Ubisoft + for a month and try it out that way
I will most definitely get Outlaws when it’s ~$30. I think it looks cool, and I love exploring open world games.
Same, especially a Star Wars game, always wanted a really good open world Star Wars game. Just so much lore there and so much you could add to the game. Imagine a game like Starfield but Star Wars instead. Epic space battles, huge planets to explore etc.
just ordered Cyberpunk 2077 real cheap (15€) so that will be the next one for me… was always tempted but @release it was unplayable on the PS4… years after release they really closed all the gaps and now i can enjoy it on my PS5 ![]()
@crazy_volucris I played it at release and again recently with all the updates (on PC). It was an alright game previously, but now it stands as the only open world RPG I still wanted more of after playing through everything it had to offer. Most of them I lose interest in around the 100 hour mark. Hope you enjoy it!
