Runebound fan expansions after Artscow closing

Artscow has closed partly due to the idiotic tariff regime. Never bought the RB fan expansions. Big Doh!

Anyone have an idea for how we might be able to get them? Game Crafter? Drivethrucards?

This sucks so bad. I’ve ordered so much stuff from them. With the Runebound stuff, I’m afraid it might be gone forever. I don’t know of any other place that had the original files.

owners of the files were able to download their photos if they wanted to. I don’t know if that’s still possible since the website said it would potentially go down at any point after April 30.

It didn’t seem to me that the creator of the files was active online anymore so I don’t even know if he’s reachable? If he is, the image files should be put in some sort of archive, I suppose.

these are most of the cards I have for this game. I actually don’t mind mixing in challenges from the big box expansions. I simply looked through them all and pulled out the ones that could be played on any of the map boards.

I checked and, incredibly, the Artscow preview for all decks is still up on their official site, (though I can’t see a way to save).

FYI - the cards were made by fantasy author J.C. Hendee, who went under the creative moniker of ‘Fantastic Diversions’.

His book website is here…

…and lists a number of ways to contact him via social media.

He’s also a user on BGG, findable under his real name and also his handle ‘Sigilist’. If you PM him he might be happy to help you out.

thanks! I didn’t realize he was still registered. I don’t know Mr. Skeletor is not he was responsible for a lot of expansions.

I also noticed that Art’s cow still had the files up, but wasn’t sure how that helped.

If I am able to get the files in the author, what’s the best thing to do with them? Just put them up in the boardgamegeek files section? That seems the wisest, so the people can do what they like with them.

If he wants to make money off them, it’s a simple matter to post them on drive-through cards, which would be another excellent place to archive them.
