Patreon Sync Up

Hello.

I have a question and I’m not sure where to ask it so apologies in advance if this is the wrong place…

I am a patron and I’m signed in on the patron site but I don’t have the patron app. I’ve noticed today that I cannot read the patron posts in this app. I used to be able to. Do I need to upgrade my pledge level or is it an error somewhere?

Patreon accounts are sync’d from the Patreon platform a few times a day. So if you have recently signed up it may take a short while to come through to the forum.

Also, for those having troubles you must have your patreon user email attached to your forum profile in some way. You can have multiple emails attached to the forum profile so as long as one of them matches you should be all good :+1:

Thanks for the info. I signed up last year and only have one email so it wasn’t that. Must have been a temporary glitch.
