As you may know, I play Dungeon Universalis on my YouTube channel.

I love this game, even though it has countless detailed rules, all of which make sense. There are just so many of them.

The fantastic thing about this game is that it doesn’t really matter if you overlook one or two rules.

After what feels like countless games, I can say that this gets better and has always been well balanced.

So don’t be afraid to try this game and don’t let it put you off.

If you need help, feel free to ask me here, and there’s also a Facebook group where the community is (almost) as friendly and helpful as it is on Dungeon Dive😎

After a short break, I’ve edited another part of a mini-campaign and published it on my channel.

And finally, here is the link to the ‘Demon under the Mountain’ tribute campaign, which is the crossing of Moria. (Solo with 9 characters) Only one episode is missing here… which will hopefully come soon.

I watched your unboxing and I’m curious how the random map generation works. I remember looking into it years ago when there was a fan created random map generator on BGG. So… HOW DOES IT WORK? You and I had brief conversations about AHQ and map generation what feels like years ago. Tell me everything! Does the deck work well? Could it have been done better? Are there better systems out there? Are there edge cases the system breaks down?

Unfortunately, I haven’t gotten around to it yet.
As soon as I do and have gained some experience with it, I will most likely make a video about it and also compare the fan-made version with the official one.
