Clank! Solo-able? What would make it better?

I’d like to talk about Clank! It’s my most played dungeon crawl when i play with others. It has at heart some of the basic themes of dungeon crawls. Would I rather play Dungeon Run? Yes! But people don’t seem to like it as much. Is clank a good deck builder? Its fine…

I think catacombs elevated it significantly. I havn’t played the expansion yet. I hear it’s meh…

Is it soloable? What would make it a better game?

There is an app from Dire Wolf for solo-play for the various Clank incarnations:

I only have Clank! In! Space! and it was fine as a solo play through. But for me Clank is very much a game to play with friends.

Yeah - I have Clank Catacombs and the app mentioned is set up well for scenarios. Haven’t played a lot solo but had fun when I did and would play again.
