Dude, I appreciate you sharing this info with me, and the kind words! I will definitely look into print and play, and hopefully make it in time for the contest. I have no knowledge of print and play but I have all of the files so I’d imagine/hope it can’t be too hard.
All of the cards are done old school pencil and paper. I used charcoal powders to make them. There are a few card backings that are digital art I made, but those were just added in to continue the thematic presence, and to have no blank cards even if just the back

I am currently taking a break from my Vanished Realms dungeon crawler. I was inspired to go back to my previous game and am now revamping that. I cant really talk about how I got pumped and interested in doing so because theres a chance that might be a bigger story down the line haha. Even if that doesnt work out, it will get released eventually.

@Martinipesto : Which size the cards should have? Pokersize? If yes, feel free to contact me. I can help you setup the PnP files or do it for you.

@GWRaoul Most of them are poker size. There are 13 item cards that I have sized as ‘mini deck’ on the game crafter

Mini size is half poker size? Regardless, it should both possible. So if you are interested, I can help you or make the files for you.

That is super cool of you to offer. If you wouldn’t mind explaining how to do it, that way I know for the future for possible expansions. I can send you my email or however you’d prefer to communicate. Thank you!

I can for sure explain how to prepare the files. It is no secret. It is a bit based, which printing format you want. I have some templates prepared for my games, which you can use or adept.
Send me you mail address per DM and I will contact you.

Ironing out the details on this little guy. Technically it’s an expansion, but it plays very nicely as an 18 card pocket game. It’s not the sort of narrative game that is popular here but I’ve got an expansion in the works that uses the cards for a dungeon dive.

Hello all! I have been thinking about designing this game ever since I played bloodborne when it was released all those years ago. A while back I started designing a card based dungeoncrawl, just for fun, and having a creative outlet. Recently I hit a bit of a wall and started drawing some monsters and hunters in the style of darkest dungeon (another game I really love).
Hunters will hunt monsters, gaining blood vials (which is a currency for buying items, healing, used for certain abilities and also for leveling up), the night will progress throughout the game, triggering events, leading up to a boss. The goal is surviving the night, but I kinda want another endgame.
Just wanted to say hi and show what Im working on, designing games is such a fun creative pasttime for me.

Hi, I thought I’d introduce myself here. I’m Craig from the U.K.! I to have a page for my game stuff in here called Abandoned Lighthouse Games. This is my last eat and oldest project, Champions Of The Mirror Realm. Oldest being it’s 5 years in the making, latest because I’ve done a few things inbetween and now I’m back on it. Here are the latest samples from the manufacturer. It’s pretty much done apart from a rulebook. It’s a battle adventure game. Deck building dice rolling fun rump!

This looks so strange and interesting. Do share the link when the crowd sale happens.

Super interesting. It looks very complex. Or simple but with a lot of detail. Both of those have merit.

It really is just as much fun to make games as it is to play them. Especially when you’re lucky enough to be able to do your own art.
I can BARELY draw, but I lean into the sketchiness in the theming so it kind of works.

Currently rewriting my game’s rule book. I had a HUGE issue with the word processor i was using.. long story short, I have to retype over 200 pages. But I also am putting the final touches on the last of the rules and mechanics for my Skirmish RPG. I took some of the stuff I was developing for my dungeon crawler I posted on here about called Legend of the Vanished realm and incorporated it into my old skirmish game. Ended up redoing all of the weapons and the monsters/enemies. updated the old enemy AI system. Updated the combat system. Enemies even spawn like that game Zombicide but then they attack individually like a typical skirmish game. So thats what I have been working on and why I havent been on here lately haha.

So heres a question.
What do you all prefer in your RPG/Dungeon Crawl rule books? Do you want how to fill out the character sheet first and then all the information on character stats, races, classes, magics and and weapons/gear/items. Or do you all like having that information first so you have an idea of the characters you want to make when you get to the how to make a character section? I have been asking this on several discords as one person told me character information first and this other person has just told me character sheet first then character info.
